This website of Election Commission requires Tamil Font. Follow the step-by-step process:
1. Select the district (Chennaities Select “2-Chennai”).
2. Select the Assembly Constituency
3. Click on the button
4. Next page displays the list Voter List by Parts for the Assembly Constituency. Find your street name in the right side column.
Hint: Few streets in a constituency within the same locality is grouped into Parts for publication of the electoral rolls. To fast faster, find your Corporation Ward No.
5. When you find your street name, click on the Hyperlink in the left column (name of the locality). (Right-click and use save as).
6. PDF file is opened/saved.
7. If you have Voter ID Card handy, use the Number on it to search in the PDF or else scroll to the sub-section for your street and find your name.
Another way of finding whether your name is on the electoral rolls or not is to visit the Corporation Zonal Office and check personally with the Election Department Staff. They will check in the booklets based on the details you provide. Do carry your Voter ID Card with you.

In case, you have recently submitted the forms for inclusion of your name and still don’t find your name on the list, please check again after 25th of April. If you still don’t find, you will not be allowed to vote in the elections even if you have a Voter ID Card.
I would suggest in that case, you lodge a formal complaint with the Election Commission with copies of the application form/acknowledgement.
