Probably Mr.Stalin is forgetting that even before India started to see the impact of Global Economic Recession, Tamil Nadu was feeling the impact due to loss of productivity due to pro-longed Power Cuts. The Industrial Sector esp. the SMEs were the worst hit.
Fortunately for Mr.Stalin, most voters seem to have forgotten the severe power cuts in the second half of last year.
