    Major Issues:
    Infrastructure or lack thereof.
    -Roads are pathetic
    -Inefficient transport system (people have only been talking about multi-modal transport system nothing concrete
    -Horrible traffic planning
    -Civic planning is only on paper

    1. Inadequate Public Transport System on OMR esp. connecting to CMBT.
    2. Traffic Congestion – Delay in Metro Rail work
    3. Adyar Expressway – still a non-starter
    4. Conservation of Marshlands
    5. Flood Prevention in Velachery

    1. The entire place is so dirty and unkempt. No doubt the Corporation is responsbile for maintaining the city, but I believe our MP can seek more accoountability than a citizen (well, that is us, we cannot chage so fast!)
    2. As a populace, we behave badly with fellow citizens. MPs should come up with stick-and-carrot devices to enable better public behavior.
    3. I have never had an opportunity to meet my MP or his representative for me to know what he/she has been trying in order to improve the situation in the constituency, state or country. That should change. MPs are accountable.
