Chennai has THREE Parliamentary Constituencies in Chennai -
Chennai North;
Chennai Central; &
Chennai South
After the delimitation, some of areas in the Sub-urbs fall under other constituencies like Sriperambathur (Alandur, Tambaram, etc.) & Thiruvallur (Avadi, etc.).
The Polling Date in Chennai for the Parliamentary Elections of 2009 is 13th MAY 2009, WEDNESDAY.
